Al Juma Sports specializes in manufacturing and supplying Sportswear, Teamwear, Streetwear, Gym Wear, and Accessories. All products are subject to availability. 3. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We require a 30-50% advance payment with the balance due before shipment. Payment methods include bank transfers and wire transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to customers worldwide. Production time is typically 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. While we strive to meet delivery dates, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
5. Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Refunds are processed after quality inspection of returned items.
